Refund Policy
The paper we have delivered as a final paper is not satisfactory to the client. If it does not meet their requirements, they can enter the instructions and requirements by logging in to the students’ area for unlimited revisions. Refund policy will be applied only to orders in which the final paper does not meet the customer’s requirements or is plagiarized.
Please note that the client will not be able to have any rights to the paper after requesting a refund, as it will be handed over to popular preservation tools.
REFUND GUIDELINES
- There is no guarantee that the client will get high grades or ratings for our papers.
- We let you know that the paper is for review purposes only, so give it a good read before final submission, and it is not prepared to be submitted anywhere.
- But one certainty is that using our assignment, you will not get a failing grade.
Refund Before Order Delivered:
- If you have previously requested a better, you can expect a refund. But the writer needs to be compensated if they have started doing work.
- If the requested order has been delivered on time or is finished, then you are not eligible for any refund. So, the order cannot be canceled in these circumstances.
If you send an order cancellation request under the conditions mentioned below, then you can expect a refund.

OTHER REFUND SITUATIONS
Not only in the situations that are mentioned above, but also in some other cases, you can get a refund, but you need to be aware of a few things, like:
No Assigned Writer Yet
Suppose no writer is allocated for your work, which does not happen very often and is very specific. You will get a 100% refund in this situation. And if there is no worker able to do your work, you will be informed as soon as possible.
Plagiarism Claim
A Turnitin report needs to be submitted if a client claims that our work contains plagiarism. Except for Turnitin, any other report is not acceptable. No refund should be expected if the student cannot submit the report because the claim would be inadequate.
Duplicate Order/Payment
If you have placed an order more than once, please get in touch with our support team as soon as possible. This is to cancel the orders that were inadvertently submitted. To proceed with the refund process, the client needs to show us a copy of their payment receipt.
Writer’s Unavailability
- You will be informed about the refund if we cannot find a suitable writer for you.
- Moreover, if there are limited writers, then we will tell you about the timeframe for completing the work in case the work gets late or canceled.
Deadline Missed:
- The company is not responsible if you get work done late because of your late payment. No refund will be allowed to the client. To avoid these kinds of situations, clients are guided to pay completely once the order is placed.
- There is complete certainty that the order will be delivered on time. The client cannot ask for a refund if the delay was because of the submission of compulsory documents. That is why it’s suggested to paste the documents and essential material as soon as possible after your order is placed.
- Suppose the deadline is missed due to our negligence. Customer is eligible for a complete refund.
REFUND PROCESS AND DEADLINE
Customers have the right to request revisions, a partial refund, or a change of writer if they are not satisfied with the quality of work due to the situations mentioned above.
We will send a Word version of the work to you as proof that supports the affirmation. This is so that the department of dispute can process the decision on the case. Three days after the final paper has been submitted, it needs to be submitted. No refund will be provided if this is not submitted, and hence the dispute application will be rejected.
If you still require a refund after the final copy has already been accepted, the Support Team must be emailed to get further assistance.

The customer will be eligible for
- If a request has been made before delivery, a full refund of the order will be given.
- If a request has been made within 1-3 days of order delivery, then 70% of the refund will be processed.
- If a request has been made within 4-5 days of order delivery, then 50% of the refund will be processed.
- If a request has been made within 7 days of order delivery, then 20% of the refund will be processed.
- If the request has been made more than 8 days after delivery, no refund will be given.
*We may ask for a plagiarism report from a popular plagiarism software to support your claim of dissatisfaction if you claim that our work is plagiarized.
